As I said previously to Ben Scallon. Gript are a "limited hangout" and people need to understand this fact. They have corralled our people and placated us with stories we want covered yet carefully curated the content to pay lip service to the bigger issues around UN Agenda 21 / 2030, including The Covid Scam/Vaccine damage, The Climate Scam including the war on farmers, The Financial Scam[ MMT, inflation, war on cash and CBDCs , Transhumanism, Surveillance society/5G rollout/Internet of Things etc. .That does not mean that they can't serve a useful purpose for the movement but it shows how starved the resistance is of decent platforms to get the truth out. You mention the Lotus Eaters in the UK. This is exactly what we need here. A professional looking studio setup with two or three articulate and authentic people who will represent us properly. This format is so effective if done properly. Look at Joe Rogan, Tucker Carlson or Pints with Aquinas to mention a few.

I'm surprised to see that conduct from Treacy. On a walk last night I was thinking about McGuirk. Recall that he was the target of a garda purposefully giving him false information on the jihadist child-stabber. Gript is being targeted from high places. I am not excusing Mc-Treacy-lan, but this is an organisation which has chosen a difficult path. McGuirk cannot let gript look like an 'activist publication'.

I want my one contribution to the 'meta-discourse' to be this: we need to think of ourselves as an ecosystem. In an ecosystem, different parts rely on each other. Even if they at first seem antagonistic, the competition is a good thing in the long run. Equally, gript (for all its imperfection) can and should be seen as a means of getting people to consume your kind of info. You don't go from Irish Times reader to substacker overnight, no less than you start a car in 5th gear.

The deeper your understanding of ecology is, the more you take a look at 2nd/3rd/4th order effects.

Sorry for long comment. Finally, I think that Gerry O'Neill deserves a shout-out ('don't try to be a journo and an activist at the same time'). This deliciously blew up in Connolly's face.

I think u have a point, true, you don't go from reading the times to being a substacker... My own experience is I need to hear something from a few sources before I believe it. It's doesn't entirely make sense but there must be some psychology behind the advertising maxim, that u see it 7 times before u buy.... Gript have their place, but it's great to get a feel for where they are on the continuum.. We all have our place.. Ecosystem is a good analogy.. And all this discussion is educational in the main..

Hero worshipping personalities based on a media platform is a dangerous game. Gript have done great work on certain topics but at the end of the day, news has to pay for itself. Nobody wants to pay for the objective truth. Herein lies the problem.

Re tweet quoted above, as a (former) freelancer, I can confirm we absolutely do not spend our days ringing staff journalists.

🤣 McGuirk thinks its normal to be in contact with the leader of Antifa on the same day that she pubicly challenges the country to meet her at a certain location. In contact with the imam on same day aswell as BBC and INAR.

What else is McGuirk capable of developing selective cataracts for? Or who?

True ,Gript can be infuriating at times as it sits on the fence and Gate- keeps on some major isssues as the recent Coolock dropped Journalist phone revelations appear to be.

The Covid Hoax and Toxic Injection bio weapon being another particular one.

McGuirk is himself Covid vaccinated and has sailed up Denial river, like many who fell for the Hoax.

I believe McGuirk attempts to navigate the Jungle of Irish Media and politics and maintain support from the still dozy sleeping Irish middle ground.

His publication depends on public subscription, so he is vulnerable to Public perception.

He certainly does not wish to frighten the horses in the street.

Should he go 'balls to the wall' and be aggressively confrontional with the Regime, Gript would lose access to Regime Press conferences.

Being a member of the Press Council is a requisite for Regime access and credibility.

McGuirk is practising the old stategy of 'better be in the tent and pissing out than standing outside being pissed on'.

As public awareness to the dangers of the Regimes policies can no longer be hidden by the Legacy Media ,Gript may become more outspoken and radical. It certainly has become more robust in the past 2 years.

I have been a long time commenter there and was censored regularly for my forthright views ,but this has eased in the past year.

The coming Local ,European Elections amd Patent Referendum in June will be a barometer on public opinion of the Regime and may effect change on Gripts editorial policy.

In the meantime we can only work with what we got ,as Gript is the sole dissenting Media available to us ,even if it is at times unpalatble milque toast.

Kudos to Ben Scanlon who does his best to discomfit the Regime wretches in his questioning ,within the unspoken restricted parameters.

A political Opposition requires a robust united Communication system , whether print or Social Media .

This is the great weakness of the Dissenting conservative movement at present .

Communication is the lifeblood of a political movement, more so than a Regiment of soldiers.

If you have not studied and are not talking about Fabian socialism or Biological Leninism, then you are part of the problem. Try the book by Dr. John Coleman, One world order, socialist dictatorship. Gript media are part of the not so obvious establishment, essential in the strategy of tension that is necessary to bring about the end of a genuine nation state. Irish nationalism is a plaything for a foreign power because it is in denial of its global message, to speak for all nations. Our ancestors gifted us a mission, our media should reflect this. Irish nationalism must love God, virtue and all of humanity and not be sucking off Satans private parts by accepting mediocrity in anything. Nationalism is the most powerful political force and correctly understood and presented, is fundamental for world peace and a cleaner natural environment. Do not expect Gript media to tell you that, they have another purpose.
