Hi, thanks it looked like a simple and useful platform.

But just fyi I had three tries and not sure if any went through or twice.

At first the tulle app asked for loads of details like address etc and said every box filled in was incorrect.

Round two it only asked for a name.

I sent a tippee tip, confirmed with my bank, confirmed with TIPPEE

And seconds later it said it was being cancelled. I have no idea why as none of the four suggested reasons fitted.

So I redid the process.

In my inbox is confirmation of a tip twice, no mention of the first being cancelled.

Not knowing how the thing worked and if I tipped not at all or twice … it would put me off doing it again.

Any chance you couid write some short idiot guide to how to use tipppee and if it’s cancelling pple like you perhaps ?

Sorry I missed a step.

After the third time, the final step with TIPPEE it also said again, after the bank part and back at TIPPPEE :

“Cancelled”.

I’d love to add screengrabs but no function to do so.

Maybe it’s simple and I’m just do crap at tech.

I actually never went through the process, it just looks simple. I got two 5€ tips back to back.

I am going to test this out from my end. Nothing works in this world anymore 🤣

HI, happy to send and sure you deserve it, so don’t be sending it back.

I just can’t figure out why I got the big “cancelled” part and that being incorrect both times.

Well I’ll just know to ignore that next time.

I don’t want to dissuade others doing it, I really am rubbish ha at tech and it probably is my phone and settings.

Right do I put a euro through, worked first time and only asked for name. It could have been an issue on your device/internet SARA. I appreciate you doing that. I will send back the duplicate tip.
