McGreal Deal
Lay litigant forces High Court to uphold Right To Assert Personal Freedoms Without Fees
This Monday just gone, Patrick McGreal, a mere lay litigant, has delivered a devastating blow to the gatekeepers within the courts system of Ireland. Truth be told, the ordeal kicked off on Friday when Mr. McGreal caused a complete melt down in the High Court central office when he invoked the Supreme Court and High Court (Fees) Order 2014. Patrick McGreal astutely referenced the statute and the provisions within it, namely the provision that waves the fees for any matter that is being raised under Article 40.4 of the Constitution.
5. No fee shall be payable under this Order in connection with—
(a) proceedings under Article 40.4 of the Constitution,
(b) proceedings under the Extradition Acts 1965 to 2012,
(c) proceedings under the European Arrest Warrant Acts 2003 and 2012,
(d) bail proceedings, or
(e) an application (in proceedings for a criminal offence) for judicial review under Order 84 Rule 18 (inserted by Rule 2 of the Rules of the Superior Courts (Judicial
The act itself was introduced in 2014 by none other than the insufferable Zionist Alan Shatter and it has been under the radar to a lot of lay litigants since. Many people who were willing to pursue rights based cases were prevented from doing so by the paywalls insisted upon by the courts. We now know that the establishment were abusing the lack of comprehensive knowledge of the courts service amongst the general public to kill a lot of submissions in their inception. McGreal’s insistence to be able to submit his paperwork led to the shutters being pulled down and Gardai being called. Renowned citizen journalist Philip Dwyer was on scene on Friday to interview McGreal and you can hear his version of events and explanation of his cases below. I would like to point out here a question I found myself asking when I saw this video; when was the last time a main stream media or even left wing alt media outlet covered a case like this from the gates of the Four Courts?
After Friday’s events, after being arrested and intimidated, McGreal returned to the courts on Monday morning and pleaded the matter to the High Court judge, who had no choice but find in Patrick’s favour. In other words, the High Court ruled against its own clerks and receptionists for failing to carry out their duties in line with the law and also failing to uphold the rights of the citizenry. This is ground breaking stuff as this precedent will not only pave the way for McGreals own matter to proceed, but will also pave the way for people like me who are ready to take cases as lay litigants.
Philip Dwyer was on scene again on Monday to document Patrick’s journey and success so far. You can see Mondays video below.
Philip Dwyer has really done himself proud with this coverage as people need to see courts as an avenue of attack. People need to see all these small victories that Irish men and women are having through their own unique initiatives. The war against FFG and the WEF is not just one dimensional street demonstrations, it is a sophisticated self organisation of society against these tyrants. That includes those demonstrations and then some. It is a comprehensive upheaval against the ruling class. This video demonstrates that perfectly.
A big shout out to the channel Irish Media Wars for the video sources, which I believe is Philips own channel.
Patrick McGreal is the lay litigant who represented the people of Dundrum in their case in the High Court against the imposition of hundreds of illegal migrants into an IPAS Centre.
He failed in that case when the Judge ruled he was not a resident of the village and had no standing in the case, (as far as I can gather).
The villagers had contributed £20k to pursue the appeal.
Patrick Mcagreal is a small businessman from the Midlands, without Legal qualifications, but has set the cat among the pigeons in the closed and corrupted shop of the Irish legal system.
This is a great victory for the victimised people of Ireland and Patrick has blown a hole in their wall of obstruction of Justice by using their own little known Laws against them.
He has attempted to prosecute many of those petty officials in County Councils and Local Govt who have obsructed and stymied his attempts to assert his Rights under the Constitution.
This can be an expensive and frustrating battle against the terror of petty bureaucracy in Ireland and this victory will ease the way to progress Justice.
Patrick has a website and donations will help him to continue the fight for the forgotten petitioners of Ireland.
Patrick is a real guerrila ,fighting against the Establishment ,who have had a monopoly on the Law and abused it far too long.
Irelands Republican Constitution is our greatest protection and defense against Tyranny.
This is why the Regime has attempted to undermine it with their many Referendums with hidden agendas ,obfuscated by .legalese ,as we experienced last March in the Mothers and Carers. Referendum.
The Regime does not serve the interests of the People ,but actively works to subjugate and discriminate against us .
They want us gone ,on orders from their Controllers.
Remember this ,when you vote in the coming General Election.
The Enemy is in plain sight and it is the Regme of FF/FG/G.. Vote accordingly.
Thank you for bringing this important development to our attention Stephen. Wonderful story! Patrick McGreal has done us all a great favour and Philip Dwyer did a brilliant job covering the momentous occasion. Bravo to all involved!
