Patrick McGreal is the lay litigant who represented the people of Dundrum in their case in the High Court against the imposition of hundreds of illegal migrants into an IPAS Centre.

He failed in that case when the Judge ruled he was not a resident of the village and had no standing in the case, (as far as I can gather).

The villagers had contributed £20k to pursue the appeal.

Patrick Mcagreal is a small businessman from the Midlands, without Legal qualifications, but has set the cat among the pigeons in the closed and corrupted shop of the Irish legal system.

This is a great victory for the victimised people of Ireland and Patrick has blown a hole in their wall of obstruction of Justice by using their own little known Laws against them.

He has attempted to prosecute many of those petty officials in County Councils and Local Govt who have obsructed and stymied his attempts to assert his Rights under the Constitution.

This can be an expensive and frustrating battle against the terror of petty bureaucracy in Ireland and this victory will ease the way to progress Justice.

Patrick has a website and donations will help him to continue the fight for the forgotten petitioners of Ireland.

Patrick is a real guerrila ,fighting against the Establishment ,who have had a monopoly on the Law and abused it far too long.

Irelands Republican Constitution is our greatest protection and defense against Tyranny.

This is why the Regime has attempted to undermine it with their many Referendums with hidden agendas ,obfuscated by .legalese ,as we experienced last March in the Mothers and Carers. Referendum.

The Regime does not serve the interests of the People ,but actively works to subjugate and discriminate against us .

They want us gone ,on orders from their Controllers.

Remember this ,when you vote in the coming General Election.

The Enemy is in plain sight and it is the Regme of FF/FG/G.. Vote accordingly.

Thank you for bringing this important development to our attention Stephen. Wonderful story! Patrick McGreal has done us all a great favour and Philip Dwyer did a brilliant job covering the momentous occasion. Bravo to all involved!
