Social housing equality is replaced by equity as white privilege is applied to Irelands working class.

Those of you who have a half decent grasp on on what is happening in the world today will know about concepts like white privilege and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion). You will be aware that our school and college systems have been weaponised to poison the minds of our youth into becoming Marxist mercenaries in their respective fields, in particular, the field of Human Resources. Hiring practices in Ireland, and by default firing practices, have taken on an anti-Irish grádh as they aim to hit race quotas set by the corporate world under a global WEF initiative known as the Environmental, Social and Governance score.

ESG scoring is the restructuring of global credit markets to implement an embargo on any state or corporation that does not implement the UN/WEF Strategic Goals. In other words, if a board of management fails to implement these goals then they are directly penalised by the global finance market through their credit score, effectively killing their business or company. Go woke or else. This should explain the irrational, twilight zone levels of insanity you have seen in recent times. Nobody genuinely wants this shit, or believes in it. It is a matter of self preservation for the yacht owners of this world to carry out these perverse discriminatory practices.

The link between DEI hiring practices and a good ESG score is not only measurable, it is blatantly admitted to. For instance, take a look at PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited breakdown of this effect:

“Regulatory bodies around the world are increasing the call for companies to disclose information including board diversity representation and DEI program objectives. In some cases, companies must explain in their disclosures why they haven’t met certain regulatory targets related to diversity measures. This practice is deeply entrenched into Irish institutions already and many people out there are noticing this discriminatory practice in their daily lives. The good people of Coolock for instance identified that the conversion of a fleet of warehouses into foreign-only housing is a threat to their community and took action. There are hundreds of people sleeping on couches in Coolock, or in their parents houses with their kids in tow, who are in housing need and this plantation centre suddenly appears with state funding ready to go. Of course they were going to be aggrieved. Their actions are justified. The average man on the street can see he is being skipped over by the social welfare programs of his nation state, but can he put his finger on the cause? The Irish housing system, in order to compliment the regulatory targets related to diversity measures in the jobs market, must respond to this emerging race based housing need as a priority. They must prioritise the warehousing of foreigners so that the investment firms of the world can hit their ESG targets and therefore are engaged in blatant pro-active demographic change via capitalist market intervention. The sudden emergence of housing providers such as Clúid Housing, have corporatized the social housing market, opening up the Irish natives to race throttling by housing allocation as they build and allocate housing as per their stakeholders ESG leanings. Clúid admits the following on its website:

This is because local authorities have about 5 times as many properties as housing associations. However, housing associations are now the main providers of new social housing across the country. Clúid, among others, has helped to swamp Irelands social housing stock with non nationals by shifting housing allocation from the councils, who are limited by equality laws, away and into their own corporate allocation practices, protected of course by layers of bureaucracy and legal professionals on retainer. Our social housing strategy currently is to tender the job to the private market. Not to sound like a socialist, and if it makes me one in this respect then so be it, but social housing should be built by the people, for the people and at cost. This is where the left has failed us. They have banged the drum for all of this stuff and now I am going to show you where that has led us to. Clúid sounds like a nice Irish name doesn’t it? Clúid claims to be non-profit but that is only a thin label when the you take a look under the hood. The real value of Clúid to its investors is a double-whammy. They get to use Clúid’s ethical sainthood status to embellish their portfolio’s which contain oil investments, arms industry etc, granting them the ESG score benefits and it also allows their investors to implement their social engineering goals. Clúid’s investors include Legal and General, who themselves are a subsidiary of Blackrock Inc.

This is the total corporatisation, as in Fascism, of our social housing market. But this is only one side of the eugenic housing grift. The housing supports for people in Ireland also include rent supplement entitlements in order for them to successfully be housed by the private rental market. These supports are part of suite of housing payments that are made to landlords in return for housing. The Irish government has in all their wisdom, segregated these payments along the lines of race in service to the corporate worlds ESG format. I will break these down for you the reader just to show how insanely hostile towards Irish natives this is.

The current housing policy in Ireland is three-tier and discriminatory against the Irish. It is blatant market manipulation to force homelessness and inhibit proliferation of the Irish, Period. The following payments are available to landlords in return for the provision of accommodation:

The differential valuation of humans can only lead to the targeting of preferential tenants by landlords but tragically it has also lead to the total pivoting of the private build to rent market to specifically cater only for the more profitable darker skinned tenant. This has exacerbated the housing crisis as Irish people still thankfully being in the majority here still need a place to live. It goes without saying that creating a stock market of tenants, where the value of the tenant is directly linked to their minority status and where the state sets and then meets that price, is a discriminatory practice. This is institutionalised racism that has created a brown-rush in the private and social housing market while our people have the value of their labour and quality of life stolen.

Landlords in Ireland are notoriously denying prospective tenants on the basis that they looking to supplement their payment with HAP. According to HAP.ie “Landlords and agents are not legally required to rent to a person getting HAP. They can choose any tenant for their property. However, they are not allowed to refuse to rent to someone just because they receive HAP. This means they cannot treat a tenant getting HAP support any differently than they would treat a tenant who does not receive HAP”. The effect of this is that landlords are actively withholding properties for non-nationals so that they can secure higher payments. This is what the left supports in modern Ireland.

In Ireland, as a homeless single male, 20 years of age with no money in the bank, your future is completely decided by your race and nationality. If you are not from Ireland you are immediately housed by the state with a landlord who has readied a property for you, as to do so rewards him with overly generous lucrative payments from the ex chequer. The state proactively achieves this for you with assistance from NGO’s. The state provides you with a basic needs payment that is actually beneficial to you as you have not had to spend it on BnB’s, overpriced convenience food or a tent. The state immediately investigates all entitlements on your behalf, securing them for you and also throws accreditation and qualifications at your feet free of charge. You are given a voucher for an E-Scooter or a bicycle and a whole host of other grants and entitlements. None of this has to be chased or fought for. You are immediately hired into a job where you are neither productive nor needed as to do so is stunning and brave and also raises the ESG score of the company that takes you on. These companies also receive a payment of €7500 just for hiring these units of diversity capital.

As an Irish man in these circumstances you have only one avenue, homeless services directly “provided” by local authorities. They do not proactively pursue accreditation or qualification. They do not give you free PSA licences and place you at the doors of Mr Price or Tesco. They do not give you long term accommodation like what is happening with these foreign males coming here. You are treated on a day to day basis and the hope is that from this catch 22, you will find your own way in life, or whatever. In other words, pull yourself up by your bootstraps Paddy.
